Commandaria belongs to the category of dessert wines, but it can also be enjoyed at the beginning of a meal as an aperitif. Commandaria is matured in 225 litre oak barrels. The maturation process is responsible for the development of strong aromas and an amazing flavour balance. It is a wine with a long, aromatic aftertaste and can be paired with light desserts and dried fruits. The recommended serving temperature is between 6-8 °C.
