A lively purple color. A young, yet multi-dimensional nose with dominant aromas of green peppercorn and red fruit, while fresh botanical notes add personality and intensity. Rich extract in the mouth and ripe tannins, acidity that smoothly balances alcohol and a long finish that is embellished with fruit aromas. It is aged for 4-5 years.
Immediately after harvesting remained in special refrigeration chambers for 12 hours until they reached the desired temperature of 15° C. The grapes were then de-stemmed and crushed and transported to special red vinification tanks for the necessary extraction of the dyes and tannins. The extraction process, along with fermentation, lasted 9-14 days in total. Finally, only the free-flowing wine was collected. Some of the wine was matured for 6 months in French and American 225 and 300 liter barrels.
