Built on three different levels, ensuring a smoother transport of wine utilising the power of gravity, the Kyperounda Winery enjoys an unobstructed view to the open horizon overlooking the Limassol Sea. The subterranean cellar, benefits from its ideal conditions maintaining stable temperatures and constant humidity and patiently hosts 300 oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters each. The wine matures and evolves accordingly before the oenologist in charge tastes it and classify it as ready for the market. The total annual output of the winery is around 300,000 bottles.
