Minas Mina
Minas is the Head Oenologist and Production Manager of Kyperounda Winery. He holds a degree in Oenology from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens as well as a Masters Degree in Food Biotechnology from the Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland. At the same time he is actively involved in research and he is an academic fellow of the Cyprus University of Technology. He has been working for Kyperounda Winery since 2001.
George Christodoulou
George is one of the principal founders of Kyperounda Winery. He has been working continuously in the winery since 1998. His field is the wine making process and viticulture and he is in charge of receiving and assessing the grapes. Being an expert winemaker, he ensures the excellent quality of the raw material that will be used in the Winery.
Chloe Mikelli
Chloe graduated in 2007 from the University of Nicosia and is a degree holder in Business Administration. Since then, she has been working for Kyperounda Winery. She is the Account Officer and in charge of various administrative duties at the Winery.
Varnavas Neoptolemou
Agriculturalist. Varnavas graduated from the department of plant production, specifically the sector of viniculture, of Cyprus Technical University. Since 2021 he has been working at the winery’s vineyards monitoring their needs through state of the art viniculture. His aim is to ensure the highest quality at the moment of harvesting.
Constantina Antoniou
Accounts assistant. Constantina has an LCCI Higher Accountancy diploma and has been a member of the winery team since 2021. She audits incoming and outgoing stocks and manages the winery’s financial needs.
Maria Papagathocleous
Chemist. She graduated in 2021 from the Chemistry Department of the National Capodistrias University, specialising in Food Chemistry and since then she has been a member of our team. Her main area of expertise is the controlling and upgrading of the quality of the wines through specialised tests that contribute to the improvement of the quality of both the grapes and the final product.
